IOW 9

So today we visited Godshilll its one of the tourist hotspots but was decidedly quiet today. The village gets its name, apparently because when they started building the church on a site in the High Street over night the stone would be miraculously transported to the top of the hill where the parish church sits today. Lunch in The Essex then a visit to the model village, all the buildings are 1/10th scale replicas of properties in Godshill and Shanklin.
